We may also use your information to, among other things, show you suggestions, promote the Revy Quest Platform, and customize your ad experience.

  • To fulfill requests for products, services, the Revy Quest Platform functionality, support, and information for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical, and survey purposes and to solicit your feedback.

  • To customize the content you see when you use the Revy Quest Platform.

  • To send promotional materials from us or on behalf of our affiliates and trusted third parties.

  • To improve and develop the Revy Quest Platform and conduct product development.

  • To measure and understand the effectiveness of the advertisements we serve to you and others and to deliver advertising, including targeted advertising, to you on the Revy Quest Platform.

  • To make suggestions and provide a customized ad experience.

  • To support the social functions of the Revy Quest Platform, including to permit you and others to connect with each other.

  • To use content as part of our advertising and marketing campaigns to promote the Revy Quest Platform.

  • To understand how you use the Revy Quest Platform, including across your devices.

  • When you request us to share certain information with third parties, such as through your use of a referrals code/link, social media widgets, or sharing your Revy Quest Avatar on third party social media network.

  • In connection with or anticipation of a corporate transaction, such as the sale of a website, an asset sale, consolidation, merger, bankruptcy, or other business transaction.

  • To comply with applicable law or any obligations thereunder, including cooperation with law enforcement, judicial orders, and regulatory inquiries.

  • To enforce any applicable terms of service and ensure the safety and security of Revy Quest and/or its users.

  • With professional advisors, such as auditors, law firms, or accounting firms.

  • To other users of the Services.

  • We may share the information in your Revy Quest account profile (including your personal information) with the social networking service you have linked to your Revy Quest account to provide you with enhanced services.

  • We partner with third-party services (such as Facebook, Discord, Instagram, X, and Google) to offer you a seamless sign-up, log-in, and content-sharing experience.

  • If you choose to engage in public activities on the Revy Quest Platform, you should be aware that any information you share may be read, collected, or used by other users.

  • If/when you make a purchase from a third party on the Revy Quest Platform, including from a merchant selling products through our shopping features, we share the information related to the transaction with that third party and their service providers and transaction fulfillment providers.

    • We do not sell your User Original Content or personal identification information to third parties (as the term "sell" is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act), nor have we sold such User Original Content or information in the past 12 months. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

    Revy Quest Avatars

    You can choose if and how you use and share your Revy Quest Avatar on the Revy Quest Platform and on third party social networks.


  • You can choose (based on your account type and its features) to have your Revy Quest Avatar made public for use by other users or sharing it privately with friends, followers or new acquaintances you select, approve, or encourage; the availability of the Revy Quest avatars depends on the type of account and user; free accounts may be public by default with the option to close the account or make private.

  • We do not use your Revy Quest Avatar (or the underlying photographs and videos used to generate your Revy Quest Avatar) to uniquely identify or authenticate you (you may ask us to do via a premium feature in the future).

  • In accordance with this Privacy Policy your Revy Quest Avatar and underlying photographs and videos used to generate your Revy Quest Avatar are stored on the secure servers we use, and we do not make them available for any other use by other companies without your permission or disclosure.

  • You can choose, at any time, to delete your Revy Quest Avatars and/or any of the underlying photos or videos used to generate your Revy Quest Avatar (which you can do within your account), for example to update your Revy Quest Avatar.

  • You can also delete your account at any time (which you can do under account settings), in which case, your Revy Quest Avatar, generations or photos, any of the underlying photos or videos used to generate your Revy Quest Avatar, and the rest of your account information will be deleted.

  • Your Revy Quest Avatar, any of the underlying photos or videos used to generate your Revy Quest Avatar, and the rest of your account information will also be automatically deleted if you do not use your account for more than fourteen (14) months.

    • User Generated Content

    The Revy Quest Platform may host places for you to generate and or describe your avatar, posts, and interact with other users, which users may elect to join and/or participate in. The purpose of these features is to interact with other customers. Through your participation, you may submit messages and photos ("Revy Quest Content"). We or others may store, display, reproduce, publish, or otherwise use Revy Quest Content, and may or may not attribute it to you. Others may also have access to Revy Quest Content and may have the ability to share it with third parties. If you choose to submit content to any public area of the Services, such content will be considered "public" and will be accessible by anyone, including Revy Quest.


    Please note that we do not control who will have access to the information that you choose to make available to others and cannot ensure that parties who have access to such information will respect your privacy or keep it secure. We are not responsible for the privacy or security of any information that you make publicly available on the features permitting creation on other platforms or what others do with information you share with them on such platforms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, use or misuse of any content that you disclose or receive from third parties through the forums.

    Third Party Websites and Links

    We may provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. If you follow links to sites not affiliated or controlled by us, you should review and are subject to their privacy and security policies and other terms and conditions. We do not endorse, screen or guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of these sites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information found on these sites. Information you provide on public or semi-public venues, including information you share on third-party social networking platforms may also be viewable by other users of the Services and/or users of those third-party platforms without limitation as to its use by us or by a third party. Visiting these other websites or applications is at your own risk.

    Children's Privacy

    Children under the age of 13 or, if a higher age of majority applies in your country, such higher age, are not permitted to use the Services, and we do not seek or knowingly collect any personal information about such children. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected information about such a child, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of majority who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the below information to request that it be deleted.

    Security and Retention of Your Information

    Please be aware that, despite our reasonable efforts to protect your information, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee security. Any information you send to us electronically, while using the Services or otherwise interacting with us, may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate information to us.


    We retain your information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, and for longer periods of time where we obtain your consent. Accounts that have not been used for more than thirty-six months will be inactive. We remove underlying photos and videos from inactive accounts (i.e., after inactivity of thirty-six months). When determining the length of time to retain your information, we consider various criteria, including whether we need the information to continue to provide you the Services, or for our legitimate interests, such as to resolve a dispute, enforce our contractual agreements, detect or prevent harm or abuse, promote safety, security and integrity, or protect ourselves, including our rights, property or products.


    We will also retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our terms and conditions, other applicable terms of service, and our policies.

    Where We Store Your Information

    Your personal information will be transferred to, stored at, and processed in the United States as the Services are provided by Revy Quest.


    Revy Quest's AI leverages or utilizes graphical processing units (GPUs) to generate a variety of results. Revy Quest uses a combination of domestic and global datacenters, GPUs, and or cloud providers to meet users' demands (for example AWS and Google which maintain datacenters globally in different countries) and requests efficiently. Therefore, your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers (for ai processing based on GPU availability) located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide content or information to us, Revy Quest may transfer it to the United States and process it there to provide the Services. Revy Quest may also transmit your data to servers or data centers outside of the United States for storage and/or processing. Other entities with whom Revy Quest may share your data as described herein may be located outside of the United States.

    California Residents

    Any California residents under the age of eighteen (18) who have registered to use the Services and who have posted personal information on the Services can request that such information be removed from the Services by contacting us at the e-mail or address set forth in the "How to Contact Us" section below. Such request must state that they personally posted such content or information and detail where the content or information is posted. We will make reasonable good faith efforts to remove the post from prospective public view or anonymize it so the resident cannot be individually identified. This removal process cannot ensure complete or comprehensive removal. For instance, third parties may have republished the post, and archived copies of it may be stored by search engines and other parties that we do not control.

    Your Privacy Rights

    Depending on where you live, you may have the rights listed below in relation to personal information that we have collected about you. However, these rights are not absolute, and in certain cases, we may decline your request as permitted by law.

    • Your Choices, Controls and Settings

    As discussed above, you may be able to control some of the information we collect through your device browser settings to refuse or disable Cookies. Because each browser is different, please consult the instructions provided by your browser. Please note that you may need to take additional steps to refuse or disable certain types of Cookies. In addition, your choice to disable Cookies is specific to the particular browser or device that you are using when you disable Cookies, so you may need to separately disable Cookies for each type of browser or device. If you choose to refuse, disable, or delete Cookies, some of the functionality of the Revy Quest Platform may no longer be available to you. Without this information, we are not able to provide you with all the requested services.


    Your device may have controls that determine what information we collect. For example, you can control whether we can collect your mobile advertising identifier for advertising through settings on your Apple and Android devices.


    You can opt out of marketing or advertising emails by using the "unsubscribe" link or mechanism noted in marketing or advertising emails.


    Current versions of the app do not collect precise or approximate GPS information from U.S. users, and you can prevent your device from sharing such information with the Revy Quest Platform at any time through your device's operating system settings.


    If you have registered for an account, you may access, review, and update certain personal information that you have provided to us by logging into your account and using available features and functionalities.


    Some browsers transmit "do-not-track" signals to websites. Because of differences in how browsers incorporate and activate this feature, we currently do not take action in response to these signals.

    Complaints

    If you have complaints about how we process your personal information, please contact us at help@revy.quest and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.


    If you think we have infringed data protection laws, you can file a claim with the data protection supervisory authority in the country in which you live or work or where you think we have infringed data protection laws.
